Free delivery to UK Mainland
  • We offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses.
  • Deliveries will take 2-4 working days on our free Economy Service.
  • Maximum weight on our Economy Delivery service is 25kg.
  • For order placed after 4pm please allow 1 extra working day for the delivery date.
  • If your item is oversized or overweight (more than 25kg) then you may incur additional surcharges.  You will be notified by e-mail if this is to occur.
  • Deliveries do get delayed now and again which are down to circumstances beyond our control and for this reason all delivery times are approximate and we ask you to allow 7 full working days before contacting us about your order
  • Other orders placed outside of the UK Mainland will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5 below.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public/bank holidays.
  • Free economy deliveries are not available for Northern Island orders, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Shetland and Orkney Islands orders, Republic of Ireland orders, European/International orders, Isle of man, channel islands, scilly isles & BFPO orders.
Delivery Problems

Where in person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; and where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature


Our couriers are only able to supply batteries to certain postcodes. To check if we can deliver to your postcode, you can use the postcode checker on any battery page, or in the checkout. Batteries are supplied in specially designed boxes, which carry the relevant legal, and health and safety markings. Please ensure the box is not damaged in any way upon opening the box, as any returns need to be sent back in the original box.
